White Label Communications has added voicemail transcription to our voicemail to email services! Partners can now provide voicemail transcription in addition the the MP3 file currently sent from our voicemail to email feature.
Voicemail transcription has always been a service provided on our UC client (Boomea), we are excited to add the flexibility this capability provides. This new feature will add value to our partners’ unified communication offerings, and is simple to enable through the partner’s branded portal.
